Refund policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All Daydream products are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your recent purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly allow you to exchange the items or receive a store credit for the value of your purchase. The following applies:
Items must be received in original condition-unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners still attached
Must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your exchange or store credit has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unusual case of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at madi@weardaydream.com and we will assist you promptly.
